6.2.1 Integrated in regular school education:

As described in 6.1.1. as well as in 6.1.2. in most of educational approaches within and outside school there is no strict separation between the aspect of entrepreneurship education and the aspect of entrepreneurial spirit. Aims and objectives of educational programmes and curricula – see chp. 6.1.1. – combine teaching of contents concerning entrepreneurial education with the aspect of empowerment of personal talents and potentials and development of “career management skills” including the aspect of entrepreneurial spirit.

Some of the curricula, projects and programmes tends more in knowledge based teaching approaches – like the subject “business administration” etc., some of the projects are more simulation orientated – like the “training firms”, other have the stronger focus at real entrepreneurial experiences with real products, real clients and real money like the JUNIOR-Company programme, which aims to have a strong impact to develop the whole personality of young people in the sense of entrepreneurial spirit.

Examples for curricula, subjects etc. see e.g. in chp. 6.1.1.

6.2.2 In School:

In principle the same aspects are valid as in chp. 6.2.1.

6.2.3 Outside of School:

The main focus of activities outside of school as described in 6.1.3. is running in the way of non-formal and informal learning. In all these activities the whole personality of young people are the main focus of programmes, projects, activities and initiatives. To involve young people in common actions, to improve their sense for responsibility, for co-operation within teams, to recognise own talents and potentials and to find areas to apply and improve them is a continuous approach for all relevant programmes, projects, activities and initiatives in this area – see in detail descriptions in chp. 6.1.3.
