For our organization, Entrepreneurship refers in its broadest sense, the decision-making with some risk. From the standpoint of personal qualities, entrepreneurship is also developing personal initiative, self confidence, creativity, dynamism, critical sense, etc. On the other hand, in the social skills field, entrepreneurship mentions the development of attitudes of cooperation and teamwork, the development of the capacity to relate with the environment. Approached from management skills, entrepreneurship is related to the ability to plan, manage teams, negotiate, make decisions, accept responsibility or the power of communication.
